PRICING CONSULTING DIVISION

MarketingPRO has invested relevant resources into structuring the new internal Pricing Consulting division, to empower capacity to serve Customers in the area of strategic pricing.
In ever more competitive global market conditions, product profitability is key. MarketingPRO knows that. This is why we support manufacturers to compete in the marketplace, by optimizing product pricing strategies, and by monitoring price moves of competitors. Thanks to the division, we empower our vertical integration in order to offer “all-in-one” service solution: from concepting to market researches to pricing consulting. The new division is specifically dedicated to take care of:

  • Product life cycle process (who and how are products created, maintained, and ended).
  • system strategy (which systems are used to manage the product flow, including financial, logistical and commercial aspects).
  • Master data (which master data are maintained and what is the quality of the data).
  • Commercial system and process (who sells to whom and for which price? Mapping of all prices, discounts and rebates including current authorization process).
  • Parts pricing process (mapping of all current pricing procedures and authorities).
  • Metrics and KPI review (mapping of how the current business is measured and reported and how the numbers compare to the wanted position).
